this is going to be short, since my little girl is playing in the bathroom sink 🙂
Here I go! My goal is to fit into my pre pregnancy clothes, and become a healthier mama so I can help my husband and little girl eat and be healthy too!
I do have a weight goal of 20 pounds total. That would put me at 135 and perfect for my body. I haven’t been below 135 since I was 15 and I don’t think it is very healthy for me personally (despite what all the “books” say!)
This is me today. This will forever be titled my “Before” picture! I am not smiling because my smile is forever changed from the Bell’s Palsey, but if I loose all the wieght there will be a huge smile regardless of crookedness! Here I am 157 pounds. Amazing how having 2 children will make 7 pounds look so gross!
Josh wants to take me out to eat today, and there is a cookout/birthday party next week! It is so hard to eat right when all the wrong foods are in front of you, but I will persevere. And I will also continue with my DVD, using my playtime with my children as workouts and cooking healthy meals at home.
