Update time! Wow, I took forever to update how I’ve been doing.
Last week was Vacation Bible School and I helped teach/lead the children songs with lots of actions. I also ran around taking the 5th &6th graders to their various activities. But, I didn’t take very good care of myself since I wore myself OUT. For example, Monday wore me out so Tuesday I’d sleep in with my babies, skip breakfast, eat an OK lunch and go to VBS skipping dinner (I just ate what they served the kids for snacks…not healthy!)
So I am down to 148 Yay! But I just can’t be proud of it since last week’s weight loss was not accomplished correctly.
I bought some awesome fresh fruit and more frozen veggies. I sure hope to start cooking healthier for my family too.
Today my goals are:
Dance & play with Lizzie
eat healthy snacks
cook healthy meals
Drink LOTS of water
Work out some more on my DVD
I feel so much better about my body already. Oh! And I can fit into one of my pre pregnancy jeans! They are around the house jeans still though because they are a bit too tight for me to feel comfy going out in public 🙂
