Body After Baby, week 7?
WOWZERS!
I cannot believe the end is here….I feel like it came too quickly.
Thank you Samanatha @ MamaNotes – I couldn’t have gotten this far without your challenge!
My goal was 20 pounds in 8 weeks. I now realize that wasn’t very realistic for my body. I really tried hard, but I know I could have tried harder. I could have exercised more. I could have actually stuck to a diet.
But what I did was kinda change…but I did it full time. I never fell off my new change. I ate breakfast, got off my tush and constantly moved. I wore my baby as much as possible. And I feel better!
Those pants that I hated now fit!! My energy level is higher, my attitude better and eating habits are improved.
Not the changes I dreamed, but these will stick. If I continue to stick to them I will see even more changes in the future!
