Custom tailored clothes at eShakti *Review*
Fashion, comfort, beauty and a perfect fit. My best friend Tasha found every single of these things on eShakti.com. Living in small town Kansas we really don’t have a whole lot of options when it comes to shopping. In our town we have Dillards, JCPenney, Sears, Target and Wal-Mart. We’d have to travel at least 1-3 hours to go anywhere with fashion and a good fit.
Good fit. That is what Tasha was really looking for. She works in an office part time and has 2 very active young boys (3 and 16 months). She really wanted to find something that would be classy enough for the office and yet she wouldn’t have to change clothes as soon as she got home and started to chase her boys.
When you order you have the choice of ordering your size or you can order with custom measurements for a small fee. We ordered custom. And Tasha was thoroughly pleased.
Like most women, she has the hardest time finding clothes that fit comfortably in the chest, upper arms and arm length. Sure, t-shirts work great, but she works in an office.
Her exact words after wearing her new shirt: “Wow! I love how the arm length is perfect for me. The sleeves are not in the way and they aren’t too short. I feel no pulling in the chest area, it is loose enough but still shows my silhouette. I love the upper arms – I can move freely and comfortably.”
Would she shop from here again? Yes! Tasha really said that taking your measurements can be embarrassing,(even though it shouldn’t be) but when you are ordering online and measuring yourself there is a privacy. You get fantastic fitting clothes without anyone else knowing the size. After all, they are just numbers, it is the fit that counts!
Here she is showing off that amazing fit, the cute silhouette and the fashionable cowl neck. Tasha’s other favorite feature about this shirt are the cute triangle pockets on the side. She called them her “mommy pockets” (her husband Eric called them “saddlebags”). They are stylish but also serve a purpose, for keeping neccesary items like suckers or her keys for when she is at the store with her two boys.
The only thing Tasha noticed that she would have changed is that when she put the hood on, the serged seams were visable. She had no idea how they would have remedied that, but having a visible seam kind of took her aback. Not that she will be wearing the hood much – in Kansas we just don’t see Hollywood style like that everyday.
The shirt she was sent to review from eShakti.com is the Drapey Cowl Neck Pullover made of cotton/spandex. Tasha chose it because she likes her clothes to be simple and flair them up with accessories. Her and I are total fashion opposites – I like my clothes to speak loudly and mute my jewelry. I let Tasha review a shirt for me and as we were browsing I kept pointing out the florals and fun polka dot prints with short sleeves and flowing fabrics. She was definitely not. They have some really vibrant and cute shirts that I wanted.
Picking out the perfect shirt for Tasha didn’t take long and she just loved all the choices. She prefers quarter to long sleeves and on eShakti.com you can customize every single aspect of the garment. So if she saw a blouse that was sleevless she could have requested long sleeves.
And even custom clothes ship in 3 days!
Yes, that part really impressed me. Shopping online can have such a long wait time, this was refreshing.
I will definitely be perusing their sight again.
