Happy Friday! I’m linking up with Kelly for my first Fashion Friday! Today I put together a lovely outfit that pairs muted earth tones with a vibrant splash of one of my favorite colors – purple!
I am so excited about the warmth that Springs holds! It is almost here! And Spring fashion has got to be some of my favorite – the free toes, the skirts, shorter sleeves – all so fresh and pretty.
One of my favorite colors is back this spring and I am so excited to see it in all my favorite shops – purple! From the light lilacs to the bold and vibrant plums, purple is making a statement this season.
I chose to pair my Earth shoes sandals with a printed earth tones skirt and tights and my happy purple shirt and patterned charcoal scarf (for a little sass). I was so comfy and also felt very pretty and dressed up. My outfit said to me, “Today is going to be fun while also accomplishing it all professionally.” And it was. And I totally did.
My style is not over the top. I won’t win any trend setting awards. I tend to be more on the safe side of fashion. I think pairing the earth tones in my skirt, tights, scarf and shoes with my bold pop of purple in my shirt was a super cheery way to welcome the sunshine this spring without going over the top.
Thankfully, Earth shoes are super versatile. They really made my skirt dressed up but if I wanted to I could also pair them with my jeans or jeggings. What strikes me about their new line is the creative silhouettes they are releasing. You can purchase shoes that are different shapes and make a statement without being too bold about it. And that is just my style.

I tell ya what these are soooo comfy!! That shocked me since sandals are not usually comfy, especially with a heel.

Thanks Melissa! I went to my favorite clothing store and they did not have any colored denim! I was kinda disappointed. I have to find another favorite store that sells colored denim cause that really is a fun and easy trend.
