Seventh Generation is helping people across the country get excited about living toxin-free on their new site. I love the idea – are you going to take the 7 Day Challenge?

What I enjoy when I clean is a beautiful and light scent. Not too long ago I really didn’t even look at the ingredients list on my body wash or lotions. I just bought the kind that smelled the best and reacted best with my skin.

Now that I am learning what kinds of chemicals are in some of these products, I am making some changes. Basically, I’m getting as pure and simple as I can. Ditching the loads of chemicals and stuff that I don’t even know what it does, and using products with ingredients from plants.

You have seen many previous posts on this blog sponsored by Seventh Generation – and that is because when I truly love a brand, I work with them over and over. And there is nothing not to love about Seventh Generation. They really do care about us and the environment.

So when I want some facial wipes, I can reach for the clean and pure ones from Seventh Generation. Instead of overpowering chemicals, I smell just clean essential oils. Same with my body wash. I don’t understand why other products use all those chemicals anyways!

I’m taking the challenge – are you?
