I was given $75 to shop at Modnique.com and I had so much fun browsing through pages and pages of their trendy and low-cost designs. I don’t buy myself new clothes very often and when I do, I hate to pay full price. I can’t remember the last time I paid full price for something. And I don’t usually have time to browse through clothes stores by myself. So when I want to get something fun – like a new pair of shoes or something – I prefer to shop online.
Modnique is money-saving fashionista dream come true! I don’t know much about fashion, but they have tons of things from HOT designers like BCBG or Jimmy Choo all the way to more affordable options. I don’t have any brown boots so I found a pair of knee-high brown boots for $30! I can’t wait to get them and start wearing them with fleece leggins and a huge baggy sweater! I also found a sweater dress for $40. I didn’t spend $99 so I had to pay $7 for FedEx shipping, but I don’t mind at all. (Free shipping is offered for all orders more than $99!) Many items ship within 24 hours too.
What makes Modnique a fun experience
They only have a limited quantity of each style and size. So when you see something you love, hover your mouse on the product and see what sizes are available. I found so many boots I loved (like the belted riders I showed above) that were not in my size! Frustrated, I kept looking. It became like a scavenger hunt of sorts. So many things are sold at such a steep discount that it just feels amazing to purchase them, especially if they have your size! Score!!
And you see “in member’s bag” above? That means those black boots are almost sold out, but the member has not paid yet. So if you find something you really want that has that banner, you can wait and see if they put it back. This brings out the “I want what they have” feelings in me, I will be honest.
They really do have a ton of fantastic designer clothes, shoes and accessories on their site! Lots of these are designers that are just not sold in my town, so I feel even more special owning them (and not at full price!) I love Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. line. Isn’t that black/grey argyle sweater on the left so cute? I don’t have $200 for it, heck I don’t even have $120 for it. But it sure is tempting…
