Have you ever made an upgrade and it was definitely worth it? I have. Sometimes, that extra money spent makes all the difference in the world.
I had a last minute trip planned with my baby.
First, flying with a baby is always stressful. Parents, you know what I’m talking about.
I think for me, flying with a baby is really stressful because of the other people on the flight. Babies fuss. That’s what they do. But if they don’t have room to crawl around, the plane is cramped, and people act like jerks when a baby makes any noise, the flight can’t land soon enough.
Well, lucky for me, the airline had a deal – for only $40 more I could upgrade to business class. I’d get more leg room, get to board first, and get the chance to reschedule without fees.
It was SO worth it! Rarely have I ever had such a stress free flight.
We boarded first. I definitely picked the seat closest to the front. We got so much room! Lucy was able to sit on the floor at one point and crawl from seat to floor without trouble.
And sitting that close meant that during “seatbelt required” portions of the flight, Lucy was able to play peek-a-boo with the flight attendants.
Upgrade – Worth the Money
In that moment, the upgrade was worth every single dime. I can’t express how money can’t buy a stress-free, relaxing flight! I arrived at my destination happy, not exhausted! That’s not easy to do with a baby.
